What are the pieces made of?
Every piece is made from 925 sterling silver. Our gold pieces are gold plated over 925 sterling silver. Each product page shows the metal options for that piece.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver can darken over time when it meets air, water, perfume or lotion. That is normal and wipes away with a soft polishing cloth. Gold plating lasts longest when you keep it dry and away from chemicals.
Do the photos show the real size?
Some photos are enlarged to show detail, so pieces may look bigger on screen than in real life. Please check the size details on each product before you order.
How much is shipping?
It depends on where you live: $12 in Quebec, $15 in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, $18 in the West, $25 in the territories, $22 to the US and $35 to other countries (all CAD, tracked). Orders over $150 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Made for You pieces take 5 to 7 business days because they are made to order. Delivery in Canada usually takes 2 to 7 business days after your order ships.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn pieces. Earrings and Made for You pieces are final sale. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the details.
Can I order a Made for You piece?
Yes. Choose what goes on your bracelet or necklace on its product page. Because each one is made just for you, Made for You pieces are final sale. Please double check your spelling before you order.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Take your pieces off before swimming, showering or working out. Put them on after perfume and lotion. Store each piece on its own in its pouch so it does not scratch or tangle.
