These terms apply when you browse or buy from https://aiyajewelry.com, run by Aïya Jewelry in Montreal, Quebec.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. No sales taxes are added, and shipping is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Product photos
Some photos are enlarged to show detail, so pieces may look bigger on screen than in real life. Please check the size details on each product before you order.
Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you get a confirmation email. If a piece sells out or a price was listed by mistake, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Build Your Own Stack
Stack prices only apply when you buy the full number of pieces together in one order: 3 rings, 2 necklaces, 3 bracelets or 3 earrings.
Stack prices cannot be combined with discount codes. A code only applies to the other pieces in your bag.
A stack stays together in your bag. Removing it removes all of its pieces.
Stacks are returned as a set. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Made for You pieces
Please check your spelling and choices before you order. We make Made for You pieces exactly as entered.
Quality promise
If your piece breaks or the plating wears off within 30 days of delivery with normal wear, email aiyajewelry.info@gmail.com with a photo and we will repair or replace it. This does not cover lost pieces, damage from accidents, or normal tarnishing of silver.
